Individual Marketplace Terms — Initial Version

The individual marketplace is a moderated listing space. DealJoo is not the item seller, buyer, or payment intermediary at this stage.

Who can post?

The listing owner must be an adult (18+) and have the legal right to sell the item.

What is not allowed?

Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, or prohibited items, misleading listings, and impersonation.

Review and removal

DealJoo may reject or remove listings that break the rules or raise safety or fraud concerns.

Contact data

Seller and buyer emails are not displayed publicly. Interest messages are stored for review to facilitate contact, subject to the privacy policy.

Public questions

The questions and comments section is a public space for discussing listing details. Do not post personal details or payment information. A reply is not an official seller reply unless it carries the verified Seller badge.

Seller ratings

Seller ratings are user-generated opinions from verified DealJoo accounts that have had a two-way DealJoo Chat interaction with the seller. One active review per buyer and seller is allowed. Reviewers may edit or delete their review. Ratings do not constitute a DealJoo guarantee, endorsement, or transaction verification.

Transactions

DealJoo does not collect money for individual marketplace transactions at this stage. Parties should verify the item, terms, identity, and delivery method before any transaction.
