Individual marketplace
DealJoo hosts the listing and private inquiry flow. DealJoo does not currently collect money for individual marketplace transactions or guarantee item condition or completion.

Privacy
Seller and buyer email addresses are not shown publicly. Inquiries and reports are handled through the site moderation system.

Moderation & reporting
New marketplace listings stay pending until approved. Users can report suspicious, misleading or prohibited listings.

Prohibited listings
Weapons, hazardous materials, drugs, nicotine, alcohol, stolen or counterfeit goods, sexual content and other prohibited or illegal items are not allowed.

Review integrity
Seller ratings are limited to verified DealJoo accounts after a two-way DealJoo Chat interaction. One active review per buyer and seller is allowed, and reviewers can edit or delete their own review.

Safer transactions
Check the description and condition before agreeing to a transaction. Never share passwords, verification codes or sensitive financial data. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian or trusted adult should handle any transaction or meeting with a seller.
DealJoo is not a party to individual marketplace transactions and does not currently hold buyer or seller funds. If something feels suspicious, stop the interaction and use Report.
